Feasibility Studies

The Ask

Wicklow Co. Council and Bray Municipal District Council commissioned Repucon Consulting to undertake feasibility analysis for the development of a municipal/community sports and physical activity amenity.

The Approach

An extensive programme of sports clubs consultation was undertaken in addition to sports facility gap analysis combined with an assessment of existing sports amenity provision.  Based on the identification of the key opportunities and current gaps, a new community sports model was developed.

The Outcome

The feasibility analysis included an appraisal of capital costs, social return on investment and the overall economic impact of the delivering the Bray Sports Village concept.
