Repucon Consulting was commissioned to undertake a feasibility study of the Limerick Milk Market with a view to providing options for future development.
The project methodology identified a number of potential development strands based on the successful operational approach and heritage of the Milk Market incorporating food, events and cultural activity. A series of international case studies were developed to establish international innovation and best practice benchmarking to assess the Milk Market against. A range of options were developed in alignment with the new strategic approach developed for the Milk Market.
