The Ask

Repucon Consulting were commissioned to undertake a regional review of the digital sector with a view to informing future regional enterprise planning.

The Approach

The project methodology included a mix of primary and secondary analysis.  In order to establish the region’s current digital positioning, an audit and gap analysis programme was implemented to assess current provision, facilities and supporting enterprise infrastructure.  A series of expert panel interviews were conducted among industry leaders and key influencers to determine regional requirements to maximise the digital enterprise opportunity.

The Outcome

Delivery of an economic opportunity assessment report based existing digital infrastructure and supports combined with a series of recommendations for regional development using digital as a key economic growth sector.
