The Ask

Repucon Consulting has developed a bespoke tourism metrics performance service.  (TOURMETRICA). The approach includes a variety of measurement systems gather through our in-house software to assess destination performance, industry sentiment, and visitor attitudes to provide an overall performance matrix for ongoing measurement and benchmarking.

The Approach

The TOURMETRICA system is based on a bespoke model measurement model to provide a range of performance data outputs to enable destinations, tourism businesses, and local authorities to measure tourism performance.

The Outcome

The TOURMETRICA approach provides clients with a dashboard of key performance matrix in addition to establishing key issues to be addressed in future development activity.
